Jam in the Park

Jam in the Park is a fundraising event in aid of Twang Music Foundation where
local musicians of all ages and abilities quite literally Jam in the Park!
Our events are held on the third Sunday of each month at Homestead Cafe in Beckenham Place Park,
our next one will take place on the 19th May 2024.
We would like to thank everyone who took part and especially those who helped to organise and
set up all the equipment on the day.
This is Phil from Twang Music Foundation on the left, playing with Phil Lancaster who was the original drummer in David Bowie's first band called "Davie Jones and The Lower Third".
Everyone was delighted to hear Rebecca sing four songs that afternoon. She has such a lovely voice.
Shaggsy and Derek played some wonderful duets and solos on their saxophones.
This is Dominique and Prashant her piano teacher at Twang Music Academy.
Dominique, Josh and Prashant played a number of Jazz Standards together.
Many thanks to Charlene for all her help behind the scenes setting up and taking down all the equipment on the day.
