Jam in the Park
18th June 2023

Jam in the Park is an event in aid of Twang Music Foundation for local musicians to quite literally Jam in the Park!

Our first event on Sunday the 18th of June was a huge success, bringing many people of all ages and

backgrounds together to play music, despite the showers of rain.

Our events are held on the third Sunday of each month at Homestead Cafe in Beckenham Place Park,

our next one will take place on the 16th of July 2023.

We would like to thank everyone who took part and especially those who helped to organise and set up all the equipment on the day.

The band 'Alpaca Attack,' (above), is a remarkable musical ensemble composed of parents whose children attend Alexandra Junior School.

They selflessly come together, sharing their musical talents and passion to put on a great Rock n' Roll show playing popular songs from the 1960's onwards.

They are a shining example of how music can bring people together for a noble cause - to raise funds for the benefit of their beloved school.
